Our menus are local, seasonal and ethical.
Our menus change periodically with the seasons, always with artisan Somerset cheese and other local produce at their core. Our organic sourdough is made locally by craft bakery Forest Bakery, and all meat products are high welfare. Click here to download a sample event menu. Listed are some seasonal cheese toastie specials:
Spring - Bath mozzarella, wild garlic and hazelnut pesto
Summer - Kelston Park soft cheese, Somerset coppa, fig
Autumn - Smoked Montgomery Cheddar, Ogleshield, apple jelly
Winter - Bath Blue cheese, honey, walnut
We also offer our ‘Somerset fondue fries’ and a range of other cheese-based street food for private events. Our Somerset fondue fries consist of tripled-cooked chips, smothered in a fondue sauce of Barber’s 1833 Cheddar and Barleywood cider, topped with sourdough breadcrumbs, crispy Cheddar bits, and chives…lush!
